  • We aim to process and ship orders within 5-7 business days of order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by Indian consumer protection law.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
